Urban planning and policy expert (and native Western Pennsylvanian) Joe Lampe says climate-driven migration is reshaping communities worldwide — soon to include Pittsburgh.

In a first person essay, Lampe lists seven things the region should be working on before it becomes a climate haven — with all the inevitable pluses and minuses.
