| Friends, I’m reaching out to let you know that I voted ‘NO’ on the Republican proposed continuing resolution.
It’s simple: I’ll never cast a vote that hurts the people of Maryland. And by allowing the President to continue what he's doing, this continuing resolution most certainly will.
No. I won’t betray our civil servants, veterans, seniors, business owners, and working families.
No. I won’t allow this Administration to gut Social Security and Medicaid.
No. I won't support a trade war with our allies that increases costs for struggling families.
No. I won’t bow to billionaire bullies like Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
What I will do, today and every day, is fight for you. Because that’s what I was elected to do.
Republicans control all three branches of government. Whatever happens is squarely on them.
