Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Council granted the Permittee of the above captioned project an extension of their permit to June 5, 2025.
Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division has also received a second socioeconomic study associated with Citrine Solar LLC’s (Permittee) request to change the expected commencement of construction to September 8, 2027.
The Administrator is providing public notice of the short extension of the permit and the Permittee’s requested amendment to change the expected commencement of construction to September 8, 2027. Public notice is also provided of the second updated socioeconomic report associated with the amendment request to permit DEQ/ISC 20-10. It is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or before April 30, 2025.
The public may review a copy of the order, amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online by clicking on the following link:
