Friends, I’m so proud of this team.

I’ve just been informed that our campaign was not only able to hit, but surpass our fundraising goal for May -- capping off our best month of online fundraising thus far.

That’s entirely due to supporters like you, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Because this is about so much more than winning one election. This is about showing that we have a movement of people ready to step up and fight to defend this district and its values.

At a time when we desperately need leaders who will speak to our common humanity, my GOP challenger has shown that she is all too willing to blindly support a president who continues to use his platform to sow hatred and division.

But together, we will send a message that there’s no place for extremism in IL-06. Not now. Not ever.
