As a prosecutor in Minnesota, Amy Klobuchar failed to prosecute
a police officer who shot an innocent civilian.

That cop's name is Derek Chauvin -- the same officer who murdered
George Floyd on video.

Sadly, Derek Chauvin is only one of many officers that Amy
Klobuchar failed to hold accountable for shocking racially
motivated brutality.

Amy has tried to deny that not prosecuting was her decision, but
the fact of the matter is that the incident occurred months
before she left to join the Senate. No excuse from her or her
successor changes the facts.

The bottom line is this: we refuse to let politicians get a pass
for promoting policies that perpetuate systemic racism. Being a
Democrat does not exempt Senator Klobuchar or others like her
from accountability.

That's why Our Revolution has invested significant resources to
fight District Attorneys who uphold the racist status quo and
replace them with reformers like Mike Schmidt in Portland, Chesa
Boudin in San Francisco, Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, Dave
Clegg in Ulster County, and other Our Revolution endorsed DA's
who are implementing transformative policies to root out
structural racism in law enforcement.
