Creating Jobs and Conserving Our Environment
John,
This week has been yet another incredible week for conservative Hoosiers, with
Governor Braun and our conservative leaders in the Statehouse and Washington
all working hard to deliver for Hoosiers.
The week began with the announcement of the Made in America Manufacturing
Initiative, putting Americans first by revitalizing our manufacturing sector
and bringing new jobs to Hoosiers and citizens across our nation.
Later in the week, Governor Braun signed two executive orders to reduce
burdensome over-regulation, expanding opportunities for Hoosiers and further
strengthening our economy, while ensuring Indiana's environmental policy is
based on sound science and not radical ideology.
Here at the Indiana GOP HQ, we are proud to stand alongside Governor Braun and
our conservative leaders as they continue to fight for policies that put
Hoosiers first. From revitalizing American manufacturing to cutting government
red tape, this week has been a testament to the strength of conservative
leadership in our state.
As always, thank you for being a part of our Indiana GOP team and please do
not hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of assistance.
Lana Keesling, Indiana GOP Chairwoman

Governor Braun Signs Executive Orders Reducing Over-Regulation and Creating
Opportunity While Protecting Our Environment
Governor Mike Braun on Tuesday, signed two Executive Orders, the first
executive order makes the federal environmental standards of the Clean Air Act,
Clean Water Act, and Safe Drinking Water Act Indiana’s standards, and ensures
that the state will not adopt new more stringent standards unless necessary.
The second makes clear that Indiana will not use the concept of “environmental
justice” in the state’s permitting or enforcement decisions.
What he said: “Indiana’s environmental policy will be based solely on sound
