It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of Congressman Raúl Grijalva. As one of Arizona’s longest-serving representatives, Raúl dedicated his life to uplifting labor and advocating for working families across the entire state of Arizona.

His tireless efforts and unwavering support were instrumental in our fight for workers' rights. Raúl wasn’t just a leader; he was a true champion for the labor movement, and his legacy will live on in our continued struggles and victories. 

On behalf of the Arizona AFL-CIO and all our affiliates, we extend our heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the Grijalva family during this difficult time.
