Punish Man Accused of Kicking a Chicken Like a "Field Goal"

A Florida man reportedly kicked a chicken like a football player would kick a
field goal. The man apparently defended his action by saying he was "annoyed"
with the chicken.

This alleged abuse of an innocent living being must be prosecuted.

I support prosecuting this man to the fullest extent of the law. People like him
(domestic abusers) should never keep pets of any kind. What happened to the
chicken? Is s/he all right? Has the chicken been re-homed? I hope so. Thank you.
