** MCYD Executive Board Elections are this July

Dear John

The MCYD would like to announce that our Executive Board members (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer) are up for re-election this year. MCYD Executive Board elections take place every even-numbered July, so there will be an Executive Board election this July.

If you are interested in running for an executive board position, please check outArticle III of our bylaws for instructions. ([link removed]) The vote will take place at our July meeting, and we will discuss the election in further detail during our June meeting.

Please note that in order to run for an Executive Board position, you must be an MCYD member in good standing, which means you must have paid your annual dues and attended at least 2 MCYD meetings in the past year (the meeting at which the voting will take place counts).
