Over the last couple weeks, I have heard from people across Western Pennsylvania who are worried and angry about their personal, private data and information being in the hands of Elon Musk’s crew.

Let me be direct with you John: Elon Musk—with his massive conflicts of interest—shouldn’t have access to the Treasury payment system. He shouldn’t have access to your Social Security numbers or your bank account information.

That’s why I’m supporting the Taxpayer Data Protection Act. We’ve got to put an end to this unfettered access to private information.

We need to stop Elon Musk and his crew’s free rein over our personal information. Please stand with me in this fight and sign my petition telling Congress to pass the Taxpayer Data Protection Act →

The bill would make it clear that only properly vetted officials can access the Treasury payment system—halting Musk's and DOGE's access.

We only need three Republicans to stand with us in support of this bill to get it passed in the House. So we need to show them that people in Philadelphia and across the nation want to stop this reckless invasion of privacy.
