George Boutros and Sarah Mendoza tied the knot on February 8, 2025, in Orange County. Their beautiful ceremony took place in Santa Ana, followed by a joyous reception at Anaheim Hills Golf Club.

The couple first met on February 28, 2022, at an OCYR meeting in Fullerton—thanks to Brendon Moeller for the introduction! In April 2024, George proposed in Seal Beach, surrounded by their loving family.

Now, as they celebrate their honeymoon in Playa del Carmen, they look forward to building their future together and raising a God-fearing family of Republicans.

Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness! ❤️

January Recap

We kicked off the year with a successful mixer at Four Sons Brewing. Our January Monthly Meeting featured guests Huntington Beach Councilman and Candidate for State Senate District 36, Tony Strickland, and the Best City Attorney in the Nation, Michael Gates who shared insights on key political strategies for the upcoming special elections and updated us on the political climate of our community.

OCYR Engage is our civic engagement program designed to encourage civic participation through attending public meetings and driving the public discourse through Op-eds and Letters to the Editor.

If we want to make an impact in our country, state, and community, it's critical that we understand how our civic government works and that we support the Republican movement in and out of elections.
