We’re expecting a wave of new and even more restrictive voter ID rules in 2025 and beyond. That means even more voters will need our help getting an ID in order to vote.
Can you help? VoteRiders Voter ID Assistance Volunteers work one-on-one with people who need help getting their voter IDs. These detail-oriented volunteers spend 1-3 hours a week helping eligible voters get the ID they need.
If that sounds interesting and you’re ready to learn more, we’re holding a Voter ID Assistance Orientation on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 7pm ET / 4pm PT / 6pm CT.

It can be challenging getting a photo ID, especially without reliable transportation or disposable income. VoteRiders Voter ID Assistance Volunteers help voters make appointments, secure transportation, locate documents, and navigate challenging bureaucracy.
These volunteers truly make a difference in people’s lives. Not only do IDs help people vote, people use their IDs to secure jobs and housing, access health care and financial services, travel, and so much more.
