Dear Friends,

As we approach nearly 500 days since the brutal and devastating October 7th attack on Israel we are forced to confront the painful truth—that many of us are still trapped in the darkness of October 8. Innocent lives were shattered in a horrifying display of terror, and countless families are still living in constant agony from their loved ones being taken from them. We pray for their safe return, for the moment when they will finally be free and reunited with their loved ones. We cannot—will not—forget them. Every life matters, and every second that they are still held in captivity is a cry for justice, for humanity, and for peace. The world must act, and we must stand
together, unwavering, until our people are safely brought home.

We gather as a community to mark 500 heartbreaking days since hostages were taken in Israel. On Tuesday, February 18th from 7:00-9:00 PM, we call on community members to join us at

Expected guests include Gal Gilboa-Dalal and Ilay David. Their brothers, Guy Gilboa-Dalal and Evyatar David, were kidnapped by Hamas during the Nova Music Festival and are still being held captive. Also attending is Moshe Lavi, brother-in-law to Omri Miran, who also remains a hostage. None of their loved ones are slated to be released in the first phase of negotiations.

While centered on the Jewish community, the event will also actively welcome allies and partners to join in this national prayer session and stand as one. Most importantly, we want to give strength to our leaders and encourage them to keep their promise to pursue the release of the hostages until all of them are back home. Let your voice be heard in songs of hope, prayers for strength, and calls for justice. Together, we send a powerful message: the world has not forgotten. Your presence matters — because hope grows when we stand together. #BringThemHomeNow.
