[link removed] [[link removed]] Friend, when our community needs something, I step up and take action. Time and again, I listen, I lean in, and I fight for solutions—because standing back isn’t an option for me.

Before I highlight some of what I’ve accomplished for Colorado, can you chip in today to help me spread our message to voters? [[link removed]]

As Attorney General, I’ve seen firsthand how the affordability crisis is impacting our communities. Towns are struggling to hire law enforcement officers and teachers because they can’t afford to live where they work. And renters are hurting, as rents have continued to rise. That’s why we have taken action—suing RealPage for driving up rental prices through collusion; suing Greystar for charging illegal junk fees; and returning a million dollars to renters whose security deposits were illegally withheld.

Colorado is facing historic droughts, wildfires, and challenges to the protection of our land, air, and water. Quick fixes, like diverting water from one community to another, aren’t the answer. We need real solutions that protect all of us. That’s why, after the Supreme Court weakened the federal Clean Water Act, we worked to craft state legislation to uphold water quality standards. And that’s why we worked hard to secure $6.6 million in settlement funds to restore our natural resources damaged in Southwest Colorado.

Youth mental health is at a crisis point, too. That’s why I am suing Meta for operating their platforms—Instagram and Facebook—in an irresponsible manner that harms young people. And that’s why I took on JUUL for targeting kids with predatory practices. After bringing $32 million back to Colorado from that lawsuit, we are now using those funds to support school-community partnerships that help our kids develop critical relationships and resilience skills–so they don’t turn to vaping and end up going down dark holes online.

And when Donald Trump attempted to override the Fourteenth Amendment and ban birthright citizenship, I went to court to stop his order—and we won.

I’ve taken on big fights as “The People’s Lawyer”—always focused on service. I love Colorado, I believe in the people of Colorado, and I’m ready to keep fighting for you as your next Governor.
