National Domestic Workers Alliance
============================
John — The anti-care movement is doubling down. They oppose fair wages. They block protections. They want care work to remain invisible, unprotected, and undervalued.
That’s why this Valentine’s Day, we want to collect more signatures than ever before on our annual solidarity card for domestic workers [[link removed]] . Our worker leaders look forward to this card every year—because in a world that often ignores them, this is a moment when they feel seen and supported.
Will you add your name? [[link removed]] A simple message can mean everything to a worker who has been told over and over again that her labor doesn’t matter.

Domestic workers—the nannies, home care workers, and house cleaners who keep families and homes running—spend every day caring for others. But this country has never truly cared for them.
For centuries, domestic work has been devalued, underpaid, and excluded from basic labor protections. To this day, many domestic workers still don’t have the right to overtime pay, sick days, or protection from harassment on the job.
That’s because the anti-care movement knows that if domestic workers get the rights they deserve, the entire economy would shift toward justice. And they will do everything they can to stop that from happening.
Simply stopping and telling domestic workers that we value them, we appreciate them, and that we see them is a beautiful and powerful act of solidarity to show love and gratitude for everything they do.
Will you join us and add your name to help make our Valentine's Day eCard our biggest ever? [[link removed]]

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.
Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
