Working Families Party

Hey John,

We’re making noise — and it’s working.

Our petition to fire Elon Musk is taking off, and the pressure on Congress is mounting. But this fight hasn't been won yet. If you haven’t already signed, now is the time.

Let’s make it clear: we will not let billionaires wreck our democracy and steal from us in order to give themselves more tax cuts.

Sign the petition: Fire Elon Musk

Then, take it even further:

📲 Text "FIRE ELON" to 30403 to be patched through directly to your Senator and demand they remove Musk from our federal government.

✍️ RSVP for our virtual phone bank on Tuesday, February 18 at 2PM, where we’ll flood House Republicans with calls to stop Musk’s cuts to the programs we rely on.

Musk is engaging in one of the biggest crime sprees in U.S. history, John.

Through DOGE, he’s trying to seize control of federal agencies, in order to decide where our tax dollars go, who gets access to vital resources, and who gets left behind.

And his plan to take over government to steal billions more for himself is already in full swing:

  • Dismantling the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau — the agency that’s returned billions to people scammed by Big Banks and Big Tech.1

  • Cutting off USAID funds, denying food, water, and medical aid to the world’s most dispossessed communities.2

  • Gutting the Department of Education, canceling grants that fund public schools.3

  • Slashing the National Institutes of Health’s grant funding, threatening to halt clinical trials and stall lifesaving medical research.4

  • Meanwhile, his company SpaceX just pocketed another $38 million in federal contracts — paid for with our tax dollars.5

This isn’t just about Musk influencing policy. He’s hijacking our government. And now, he’s making it clear he doesn’t think the law applies to him.

Over the weekend, a federal judge blocked DOGE’s access to the U.S. Treasury payments system after a lawsuit from New York Attorney General Letitia James and 18 other state AGs.6

Musk’s response? He and his D.C. allies are openly threatening to defy the courts.7

They don’t think the law applies to them. They think they can get away with it. They think we won’t fight back. So let’s prove them wrong.

If you haven't yet:
