Housing, and Human Services | Stop by for a Pennsylvania State Tax Form! | Pennsylvania State Tax forms are available for pickup in my district office! Please call ahead if you plan on stopping by to pick up a form! | Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program Booklets Available in My Office! | The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program is open and accepting applications until June 30, 2025. This program, which is open to income-eligible older adults and people with disabilities 18 and older supports homeowners and renters across PA with rebates ranging from $380 to $1,000. The new booklets have been delivered to my district office and are available for pickup! If you need assistance filling out an application, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
