By recruiting and training community-driven candidates, we have broken down barriers with over 1,200 alums now serving in office across the country, from school board to Congress! Our candidates are rooted in their community and represent the New American Majority–Black, Brown, Indigenous women, women of color, as well as young, LGBTQ+, and unmarried women.
