John, this isn’t an ideal time to ask for support — the headlines are mindbending, Trump is threatening our Constitution, and as of now my Republican colleagues in Congress are just sitting back and letting him do it.

We have no time to waste in stopping the smash-and-grab job unfolding before our eyes — Trump sure isn’t wasting any. And we have seen the Republican majority isn’t interested in checking the administration’s overreach. There’s legislation in the House right now that would stop people like Elon with conflicts of interest or without security clearance from accessing the highly sensitive Treasury Department payment system.

Feels like a sensible step, right? Well, we just need THREE Republicans to prioritize Americans and NOT Donald Trump… and that has turned into an impossible task.

So where does that leave us? We need to be loud, we need to be unified, and we need to make it very clear that the people didn’t elect Trump to hand the keys to our government over to Elon Musk.
