AAF Stands With Parents Against Gender Indoctrination
Advancing American Freedom led a coalition of 62 other amici fighting for the right of parents to protect their children from sexualization and indoctrination. In its amicus brief before the Supreme Court in Mahmoud v. Taylor, AAF argued that the rights of parents to direct the upbringing of their children is protected by the Constitution, as that Court has recognized repeatedly over the last century. In this case, parents are challenging the Montgomery County School Board’s policy introducing the use of LGBTQ reading materials into classrooms without parental opportunity to opt out. This blatant attempt to manipulate the minds of young people against the wishes of their parents must not be allowed to stand.
