The 2025 John Marshall Fellowship will take place over one week (August 9–August 17) in Orange County, CA. All incoming Marshall Fellows will be awarded: a $1500 honorarium, $1,000 travel stipend, and lodging for the entire duration of the Fellowship. Most meals will also be provided.

ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
The John Marshall Fellowship, the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence ([link removed] ) ’s flagship program, is seven days of intensive seminars in American political thought and jurisprudence. Sessions are taught by a core faculty of John Eastman, Ronald J. Pestritto, Vincent Phillip Muñoz, Matthew Peterson, and John Yoo. During the program, John Marshall Fellows learn about and discuss political philosophy, American government, and American history with a specific focus on the origins and development of American constitutional jurisprudence.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
The John Marshall Fellowship Program is intended for prospective clerks and legal scholars who will have opportunities to educate the judges and Justices with whom they work, and the legal community at large.
