Dear friend,

It’s the start of the year and we’re busy making plans about how we’re going to make debt justice a reality for millions in 2025.

We know this year is going to be big. We’ve got a once in a generation opportunity to get lower-income country debt cancellation on the global agenda, and we want to make sure our campaigns pack a real punch.

That’s where you come in.

We want to know what you think of our campaigns and how you want to get involved. We’ve put together a short survey, which will take 5 minutes or less to complete, but your answers could really help shape how we focus our resources in 2025.

We know we’ve got some big challenges ahead. Personal debt is still weighing down millions of us in the UK, as a result of the pandemic and cost of living crisis. £6 billion is owed in council tax arrears alone – an increase of 67% since before the pandemic.

But we know that when we come together we are powerful, and can create real change. From stopping families being visited by bailiffs, to making progress on our campaign to get a new debt justice law, we’ve achieved some incredible things together.
