Hey John --
Quick update on Kelda's race for State Senate. With less than three months to go, we now have six other candidates in this race.
But in a crowded primary, Kelda stands out as the leader who will help navigate challenging times. Experience matters, now more than ever. We need Kelda’s experience in the State Senate -- she doesn’t just talk about progress; she passes laws and gets it done.
In the State Assembly, Kelda passed laws to advance issues like racial equity, economic justice, election and campaign finance reform, consumer protection, child safety, conservation, fiscal responsibility, and criminal justice reform.
Kelda served as Vice-Chair of the Assembly Health Committee, and helped expand access to healthcare to 80,000 more Wisconsinites. She took on the chemical lobby and authored the BPA Free Kids Act, to stop the neurotoxin bisphenol A from being put in baby bottles.
As the executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Wisconsin, Kelda worked successfully with an anti-choice State Senate to help pass the first pro-choice legislation in a decade, the Compassionate Care for Rape Victims Act.
I'm so proud to work for a woman who rolls up her sleeves to get things done, even when it's hard. Join me in helping Kelda break through this crowded field and win on August 11!

P.S. We're running a grassroots campaign during a pandemic -- it's expensive and challenging. Can you spare just a few dollars to help us get Kelda's message out in front of every voter?
