If you joined us at Farm Aid 2024, you might have seen Will Dellacamera’s tractor, which he drove from his home in Connecticut to Washington, DC, in an effort to rally support for farmers who suffered damages from extreme weather.
His epic journey [[link removed]] — inspired by the farmers of the American Agriculture Movement, who drove their tractors to DC in 1979 — seemed, at first, to make a change. However, Will recently informed us that funding for the Farm Recovery and Support Block Grant was held up after the Administration’s executive order to freeze federal funding. At this point, it remains unclear whether this important policy win for farmers dealing with extreme weather will be funded.

Watch Justine and Brian Denison [[link removed]] of Denison Farm in Schaghticoke, NY, discuss the chemical contamination they discovered on their farm in Maine and the new organic farm they started in New York. The Denisons also share their techniques for growing food despite increasing challenges presented by climate change.
This video aired at Farm Aid 2024 during our press event, where artists and the farmers joined together on stage to share their stories.
