This week&rsquo;s focus for Connect 3 is Race, Racism and Law Enforcement. As our country continues to grapple with the issue of police-involved deaths of Black and Latinx men, young people, educators and families are looking for ways to discuss this important topic.


1: Students


The Hate U Give, a young adult novel, tells a necessary and powerful story about what happens when an African American teenager witnesses the fatal shooting of her childhood friend at the hands of the police. Use our
