Dear John,
I want you to be the first to know the Center for American Liberty filed a petition for certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this week.
It's one of our oldest cases that has worked its way through the appeals process for years.
And I think you're going to be outraged when I tell you what happened to a young man -- who I'll call B.W. to protect his anonymity…
When B.W. was in middle school, he wore MAGA gear on school field trip.
Soon students and teachers alike began bullying B.W. and harassing him with racial slurs.
His peers called him a "racist" and a "Nazi" -- and one beat him bloody because B.W. was "white."
A teacher's aide in math class repeatedly referred to him as "Whitey" in front of other students.
And one day in the hallway, the principal of the school went as far as yanking an ear bud out of his ear to ask, "Are you listening to Dixie?"
But instead of punishing the bullies or reprimanding the teachers, school administrators offered for B.W. to move to a different class -- effectively re-victimizing B.W. while permitting the harassment any students for being Caucasian and conservative.
John, you don't need me to tell you that's entirely un-American!
Eventually, the harassment got so bad it forced B.W. to leave the school.
B.W. was just a middle schooler -- on top of being bullied by his peers, he was getting bullied by his teachers and principal -- people in positions of authority he was supposed to look up to and respect.
But B.W. and his family refused to stay silent and let these taxpayer-funded bureaucrats get away with bullying him out of school because of his race and political beliefs.
So, they asked us to file a lawsuit against the school on his behalf.
Now as we wait to learn if the U.S. Supreme Court will hear B.W.'s case, I'm asking you to donate $35 or more to the Center for American Liberty today.
John, you know all too well that the "love" and "tolerance" the left preaches only extends to people who share their radical beliefs.
If B.W. was another race and was bullied to school wearing a George Floyd t-shirt or a Black Lives Matter hat…
The bullies would be expelled, the teachers would be fired, and it would be headline news.
Not to mention the millions of dollars George Soros and the ACLU would throw behind any efforts to get justice for a "hate crime."
But because B.W. is white and expressed support for President Trump, he was written off as a bigot, a "Nazi," and harassed -- and he only has you and me to help him get justice.
That's why I'm asking for your help to deliver justice for this courageous young man.
Can I count on your immediate donation of $35 or more to support his case today?
Filing a petition for certiorari asking the Supreme Court to hear a case isn't cheap. And if the Court takes up our case, we can anticipate at least another $250,000 in legal costs.
As one of our very best supporters, I hope you agree fighting against racial and political discrimination targeting you and your loved ones -- especially children -- is worthwhile.
Because if the Supreme Court doesn't hear our appeal, this could happen to your children or grandchildren anywhere in America.
So please follow this link right now to donate $35 or more to help protect conservative political speech for all.
Thank you in advance for your support.
