Here are just a few deadlines we’re facing this month: 

• Monday, Feb. 24th - FPC will be arguing that the Minnesota Supreme Court should take our case Worth v. Jacobson and strike down the state’s 18-20 age-based gun ban.
• Friday, Feb. 28th - FPC is bracing for NJ’s reply brief in our “assault weapons” case Cheeseman v. Platkin - where we expect the state to argue their ban is constitutional.

But those are just a few of the highlights, and we have many, many more deadlines in a slew of mission-critical cases this February!
