 Agriculture and Rural Businesses Energy Incentive Program Funding Available
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is offering grant funding for energy waste reduction projects and renewable energy projects for farms, agribusinesses (crop and food processing or other related businesses), businesses that provide assistance and services to agribusinesses, and rural businesses and nonprofit organizations.
The program has $250,000 in available funds and is offering a maximum of $50,000 per grantee with a minimum 100 percent (1:1) match requirement.
Applications are being accepted on a first come, first served basis until April 25, 2025.
