If you're like me, you know how easy it is to get caught up in national politics... especially with so much going on right now at the federal level.
But government happens at the local level too, and it’s critical that pro-life people like you are a part of it!
On Wednesday, March 26th, Oregon Right to Life will hold a Pro-Life Lobby Day to help pro-life Oregonians connect with their elected representatives and become better equipped to promote pro-life policies and candidates in their own communities.
During an immersive day in Salem, you’ll...
- learn how to effectively communicate and raise concerns with your local leaders
- advocate for pro-life policies and share your personal story (if you wish)
- enjoy fellowship (and a provided lunch!) with like-minded community members
- meet and have the opportunity to ask questions of pro-life lawmakers
Pro-Life Lobby Day is always a fun event – and it’s great for the whole family!
If you’re raising children, or perhaps a grandparent actively engaged with your grandkids, this is an excellent opportunity to teach your little ones about our government and the importance of community involvement. And if you’re a homeschooling family, this is a great chance to incorporate a hands-on civics lesson into your curriculum!
