Donald Trump and Elon Musk now have turned their sights on attacking our
nation's children.
The Trump administration has canceled $1 BILLION in food for schools and
food banks across America, taking away meals directly from children and
families who need it most.^1
At the same time, Trump's Department of Education fired or forced out half
of its staff, gutting the agency responsible for protecting students'
rights and ensuring equal access to education.^2
Their cruelty knows no bounds. And the harm to our communities seems to
grow exponentially each day.
But let's be clear: That's precisely their point. Their strategy is to
move quickly and cause such chaos that we feel helpless, hopeless, and too
overwhelmed to respond.
But we are not helpless. And we will not be silent.
Far from it. The MoveOn community represents millions of Americans in
every state, every congressional district, and every corner of the country
who believe in a just future where everyone can thrive.
That's precisely why Trump, Musk, and their allies are increasingly

accuse us of being "paid troublemakers" and creating "fake
