My father may be the President of the United States, but the Left still hasn’t ceased their outrageous LAWFARE against him.

In New York, radical far Left Attorney General Tish James is still pursuing her bogus "corporate death penalty case” in an attempt to force him to pay an unconstitutional fine that has now increased to over $502 MILLION – and counting!

Why is the fine increasing? Because the ruling from the Democrat judge forces my father to pay INTEREST on that massive sum while he appeals!

That means that, unless the ruling is OVERTURNED by the New York Court of Appeals, he’s effectively being fined over $114,000 PER DAY while he serves as President to the United States!

Tish James and her far-Left allies in New York believe they can use this bogus case to BANKRUPT the sitting President of the United States – and she’s already threatened to go even further by seizing my father’s bank accounts and my childhood home of Trump Tower if he doesn’t pay!

It’s like something straight out of a Marxist dictatorship, John!

But that can only happen IF the verdict stands…

And several justices on the appeals court have already expressed “skepticism” about allowing such an unconstitutionally large fine to stand!

With a ruling expected any day, I’m asking EVERY America First patriot who supports my father to speak out against this witch hunt by signing the “National Petition to the New York Court of Appeals” that I teamed up with the House GOP to create.
