Hi there, it’s Deborah Ross.

As disheartening as it is to watch Donald Trump and House Republicans slash funding for essential programs, work to dismantle the Department of Education, and increase taxes for hardworking folks, it is more critical than ever that we stand united.

If you’re with me, will you chip in $10 to support my campaign before my mid-month fundraising deadline this Thursday at midnight? My team and I are in a race against the clock to raise $5,000 — I’ll explain more below:

Trust me, I know just how overwhelming times like these can be, but I wanted to share a few things that keep me fighting:

1️⃣ The promise of a better tomorrow. Despite Republicans’ efforts to destroy all we’ve worked for, I remain committed to my fight for fairness, equality, and progress and securing a better future for ALL Americans.

2️⃣ The threat of Project 2025. With a Republican trifecta, we can not afford to sit back and watch as they enact their dangerous agenda. It’s up to every single one of us to fight back — especially you and me.

3️⃣ You. I ran for Congress to ensure our communities’ voices would be heard on the national stage, and with Republicans’ agenda set to cause real and lasting harm to thousands of folks right here in NC-02, it’s my responsibility to take action.

I’m determined to keep fighting for you and securing the resources needed to meet our community’s needs, be it job opportunities, affordable health care, or access to quality public education.

But this fight won't be an easy one, so we need to prepare for the worst-case scenario.I need to raise $5,000 by Thursday at midnight to fuel my fight against the MAGA agenda and Project 2025. Can you chip in to help me reach my goal?
