John, we have some breaking news coming out of the EPA. Administrator Lee Zeldin has announced that he’s rolling back dozens of life-saving air and water pollution regulations that are essential for protecting public health and the environment.

Some of the regulations announced to be slashed by the EPA have protected Americans from: * Mercury
* Air toxins
* Wastewater from coal plants
* Coal ash
* Car pollution
* Power plant pollution

It’s not just the household energy costs and medical bills that will harm Americans’ quality of life. Dismantling the suite of EPA’s carbon pollution protections for power plants, vehicles, and the oil and gas industry ensures that the ever-increasing number of billion-dollar extreme weather events will keep getting worse.
