Dear Friend,
We're excited to invite you to an exclusive screening of FAULT LINES: Inside the Housing Crisis, a groundbreaking new documentary from filmmakers Nate Houghteling ( American Pathogen, State of Pride ) and Yoav Attias ( Brick City, Chicagoland ) on April 9 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Miracle Theatre.
After the film, join us for a panel discussion with Senator Brian Schatz (D-HI), Representative Laura Friedman (D-CA 30th District), Atlantic housing reporter Jerusalem Demsas , and Arnold Ventures’ Charlie Anderson , and moderated by me, Dan Reed .
An official selection of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, Fault Lines examines the battle for affordable housing in the United States through the lens of San Francisco. The film takes a street-level approach to the intersecting issues of housing affordability, homelessness, and local laws, using human stories to illuminate the impact of decades of policies that are now choking the Bay Area–and quickly becoming a national emergency.
