• We are in court challenging unconstitutional leftist efforts to enact programs that divide Americans by race and lawlessly target white citizens with discrimination. We are now suing the City of Evanston, Illinois, over its publicly funded “blacks only” reparations program, which we contend violates the constitutional guarantee of “equal protection under the law.”
