Dear John,Did you catch me on All In with Chris Hayes on MSNBC last night?

I walked Chris through how our office uncovered the unconscionable fact that Elon Musk and Donald Trump stole $80.5 million in federal funding from New Yorkers.

Here’s what I told Chris:

“It is unprecedented. The [federal government] gave us this money. Congress authorized it... They sent us the money and approved the invoice. And then lo and behold, they just yank it right back. It is highway robbery.”

John, this is just beyond comprehension. We’ve got a sitting Mayor doing the bidding of Donald Trump, who refuses to fight to get our money back. An unelected billionaire with his fingers all over our money. And a city full of New Yorkers who are fed up with all the corruption and lies.

I’m fed up too – and that’s why I’m running for Mayor.

I promise to stand up and fight for New Yorkers no matter what illegal actions Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Mayor Adams try to pull.
