John, I'm so proud of this team.

Yesterday, we wrapped up our final end-of-month fundraising campaign. I'm proud to share that together, we not only met our goal of raising $30,000, but we surpassed it. Incredible!

Now, we're facing yet another deadline: the Federal Election Commission's fundraising filing deadline on Wednesday, June 3.

John, that means everyone is going to see just how much money we raise up until that deadline. Not only do we need to produce strong numbers to make sure we have the resources to keep going strong until our June 23 primary, we also need to show everyone that Jamaal has a real chance of winning this primary and ending Eliot Engel's 31 years in Congress.

If we can raise another $22,850 by midnight on Wednesday, that means we will have $75,000 in the bank as we enter the final stretch of this race. Will you join us and chip in $5 to our campaign?

Our grassroots supporters really stepped up to the plate to show the strength behind our movement in May. Because of that groundswell of support, we're in a great position to scale our strategy upwards and reach even more voters. But we need to reach $75,000 to get us there.

Can you chip in $5 to the campaign and help us reach that goal by June 3? This filing deadline is too important and we can't leave a single dollar on the table.
