In less than a month's time, we've doubled the number of President Trump's cabinet from his first term. We now sit at 16 NOMINEES CONFIRMED. That's DOUBLE the number we had at this time in 2017. This week we confirmed: Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, RFK Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Brooke Rollins as Secretary of Agriculture. However, we're not out of the woods yet...
Next week, we're back at it again. We’ve got six cabinet-level confirmations to go, plus Kash Patel for FBI. The Senate GOP will push through: Howard Lutnick as Secretary of Commerce, Kelly Loeffler as Small Business Administrator, Kash Patel for Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Lori Chavez-DeRemer as Secretary of Labor, Linda McMahon as Secretary of Education, Jamieson Greer for Trade Representative, and lastly Elise Stefanik as Ambassador to the United Nations. We won't stop until the entire cabinet is confirmed.
When we first started this fight, Democrats and the liberal media threw a fit over some of President Trump’s nominees. We tuned out the noise and confirmed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, and your new HHS Secretary, Bobby Kennedy. Just like I had every confidence we’d get them confirmed, I am confident we will confirm FBI nominee Kash Patel by this time next week. It’s an honor to be in this fight with President Trump, and I appreciate you giving me this opportunity to serve.
