HELP HONOR PARKLAND SHOOTING VICTIMS:
I'm personally asking you to give $5 to support Brady and their urgent mission. Please, will you chip in now to win a future free from gun violence?

John, today marks seven years since my daughter, Jaime, was shot and killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL.
Jaime was gunned down in the hallways of her school with an AR-15-style semi-automatic weapon. It took the shooter just six minutes to kill my daughter and 16 others. That weapon of war had no place in Jaime's school, in my community, or in the hands of a civilian.
Today is a hard day for my family. It always is — just like Jaime's birthday, or the holidays, or the days when another mass shooting makes national headlines. But after Jaime was killed, I made a promise to myself: No matter how hard it gets, no matter how deep our grief, I will never, ever, stop fighting for a country where no child is shot in the halls of their school.
And to honor the victims of the Parkland shooting — and every mass shooting that has occurred in the seven years since — I'm asking you to join me in taking action. Together, we can save lives by banning deadly weapons of war. So right now, I'm personally asking you to give $5 to support Brady and their urgent mission. Please, will you chip in now to win a future free from gun violence?

Over the past seven years, I've learned that this kind of grief never goes away. It will never be easy to live in a world without Jaime in it.
And these days, as a new Trump administration takes over and tries to roll back all of our hard-won progress, I am struggling to face the fact that, if that happens, more families like mine will face that same grief.
Donald Trump has already shut down the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse External Advisory Board, which was created after the Parkland shooting to share resources and best practices related to school safety.
John, 77% of parents worry there will be a mass shooting at their child's school – a nightmare that no one else should experience.
Our leaders in Washington have the power to stop it. But they will only take action if we raise our voices as one to demand it. I've spent every day since losing Jaime fighting to save other kids just like her. Today, will you help me honor Jaime and the 16 other victims from Parkland by giving $5 to support Brady and their urgent mission?
