Liberal Leadership candidate Mark Carney is proposing a carbon tax tariff and this is your chance to tell us what you think.

Carney’s plan is to impose a carbon tariff on goods made in countries that aren’t meeting his environmental standards.

About 70 per cent of countries don’t have a national carbon tax, including the United States.
