Donald Trump is on a rampage against the most vulnerable among us—gutting programs Texans count on, attacking LGBTQ+ rights, and firing thousands of veterans like they’re disposable. He’s not just dangerous—he’s relentless.
But he can’t stop us from fighting back—because we’re Texans. We stand for freedom, we stand for each other, and we don’t back down.
Texans don’t wait for permission to make change. We organize, we call, we run, and we fight like hell for what’s right.
I got into politics the same way I live my life—by standing up. As a lawyer, I fought for workers’ rights, defended students, and pushed for gender equality. Now, I’m bringing that same fight to Congress.
Since then, I’ve gone toe-to-toe with radical Republicans in the Texas House. And I’ve won. Along with Rep. James Talarico, I’m proud to say we have always stood up for what Texans need most: affordable healthcare, economic stability, reproductive freedom…the list goes on.
Now, I’m honored to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives alongside the incredible Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. Anyone who knows Jasmine knows: she’s never been one to shy away from fighting for what’s right.
