Pramila Jayapal — and this is important and urgent.
Republicans are trying to move their spending bill today, and we need to
do everything we can to oppose it. Our pressure is working – and we can’t
let up now.

and tell them to vote NO on the Republican spending bill.

This budget would slash funding for Medicaid and other vital programs
while giving Trump and Musk cover to continue gutting the federal
government and slashing taxes for their billionaire friends.
Republicans hold the majority in the House and Senate, and Donald Trump is
in the White House.
If the government shuts down, there will be no one to blame but
Republicans.
Democrats cannot be complicit in the GOP effort to sell out the American
people, and that’s why it’s critical that every Democratic Senator stand
up and OPPOSE this bill.
That means voting NO on cloture. That means no excuses about
“reconciliation.” Enough. Democrats must stand firm.
