FEMA plays a critical role in our disaster support, saving countless lives and rebuilding livelihoods since its inception. As hurricanes, floods, and wildfires only grow in intensity and number as a result of man-made climate change, more funding is needed, not less.

But Trump doesn’t care about ordinary Americans struggling in the wake of a natural disaster — that’s why he’s attacking such a vital mainstay of our disaster response networks.
