I was on The Lead with Jake Tapper last night to discuss what I’ve been hearing from West Michiganders:

Folks in Michigan and across the country are fed up. I heard from voters in a packed town hall in an area Trump won, and people are scared. We’re all feeling the impact of Trump and Musk’s actions.

The Trump administration and Elon Musk do not have a mandate for what they’re doing right now – slashing federal agencies, funding for Social Security and Medicare, and so much more.

This is my promise to you: I am not backing down. I’m fighting back with real solutions like the CLEAR Act to demand transparency and oversight. And here in Michigan, I’m fighting like hell to keep MI-03 BLUE and win back a majority that doesn’t bow down to billionaires. I hope you’ll fight back with me:
