Stop deportations now!
Dear Friend,
All people—regardless of where they were born—deserve a chance to thrive, free from fear of separation from their homes and loved ones. But since taking office, the Trump administration has vastly expanded immigrant detention and deportations. And last week, it revived the widely condemned policy of family detention, arresting and jailing children and their parents.
Tell the Trump administration and Congress: Stop detention and deportations now! [link removed]
As a Quaker organization, AFSC’s belief in the inherent worth of every person guides our work for peace and justice. Since our founding, we have called for an immigration system that is welcoming, dignified, and just. Today we are supporting immigrant communities with Know Your Rights trainings in cities around the U.S. We are providing legal services to immigrants in New Jersey. And we are organizing against the expansion of detention facilities in multiple states.
Please join us in urging Congress and the Trump administration to end all forms of detention—including jailing families. Tell them to stop deportations today. Together, we can work toward a future that welcomes everyone with the dignity and respect we all deserve.
Speak out now to keep families and communities together—and stop deportations. [link removed]
