Radical Democrats still refuse to admit that boys should not compete in girls' sports. Just this week, all but one house Democrat voted against protecting girls and women in athletics at the capitol. Extreme left-wing ideologues are trying to engineer society by denying basic biology in favor of their own agenda. President Trump has taken decisive action to protect girls' opportunities and safety. No girl should fear serious injury simply because she’s competing against a boy who is physically stronger.
President Trump also took executive action to protect children from dangerous, ideologically driven medical experiments. However, while the President worked to safeguard our children, our Attorney General, William Tong, defended procedures that chemically castrate children based on confusion about their biological sex. This is a disgrace.
At the Connecticut GOP, we stand for women's equality and the protection of children. Women in our state have seen their opportunities taken away, and our children’s safety has been put at risk by radical ideologues. We will restore common sense and protect our girls and our children.
