**Strong Storm Expected Tomorrow, Flood Watch on Wednesday Night* *

The National Weather Service is forecasting a strong storm to begin tomorrow night [ [link removed] ], with possible moderate to heavy rains.  A *flood watch is still expected from Wednesday 6 p.m. to Thursday 6 p.m. *Significant flooding and debris flows, including near burn scar areas, are possible with forecasters anticipating nearly 1 inch per hour rainfall during the storm’s peak.  For more information, click here [ [link removed] ].

*PCH closed Wednesday [ [link removed] ]:* A segment of PCH will be closed tomorrow to residents and businesses in burn scar areas due to the incoming storm, Caltrans announced today. Beginning March 12 at noon, only emergency vehicles and US Army Corps’ debris-hauling contractors will be allowed in closure areas. Caltrans and partners will reassess the situation on Thursday to determine when reopening of the highway can occur.
