Engage Talks with Texas Congressman Chip Roy

June 1, 2020
While information seems to be coming at us from every direction, the hosts of Engage with Eagle Forum talk with Congressman Chip Roy to hear an insider’s perspective of Congress.

After battling cancer, Cong. Roy found a renewed appreciation for life.  He knew that he had to fight for our American freedoms in order to create the best possible outcome for future generations. When he ran for Congress in 2018, he won the general election by a 1-point margin, highlighting the fact that every vote matters.

Stepping into a Democrat-controlled Congress could have been intimidating, but Cong. Roy is much more interested in representing Texas’s 21st District than playing the game of partisan politics. He tackles the most recent issues that are coming out of D.C such as Coronavirus legislation, proxy voting, and federal regulations. He also gives us insight into his current Congressional race and what gives him the motivation to keep going. You won’t want to miss this episode!
