TELL THE SENATE: Any funding bill that greenlights DOGE to continue
destroying our government would be a disaster. It’s time to stand up to
Trump and Musk. Sign the petition: Don’t empower DOGE!

Hi,

The U.S. Senate has an opportunity to force Trump, Musk and the GOP to the
negotiating table instead of rubber-stamping the DOGE (Department of
Government Efficiency) takeover of our government.

Musk’s DOGE team is recklessly firing thousands of government employees
and gutting government agencies, threatening lives, social services, the
environment, consumer protections, public education, and national
security. Congress can’t hand over money to let DOGE continue this
destruction.

The Continuing Resolution pending in the Senate would hand Musk a blank
check to continue destroying our government and social services.^1

Much of what DOGE has already destroyed took generations to build. From
the rule of law to the research and treatment of life-threatening medical
conditions, it will take years to understand how much damage DOGE, Musk
and Trump have done in less than two months. We’re just now starting to
feel the economic impacts, locally and globally.

And who’s actually benefitting from this all? Musk, Tesla, SpaceX,
corporate executives, fossil fuel companies and predatory financial firms.
The Senate can’t let this stand.
