An unsuspecting nurse was intentionally tricked into participating in a horrifically gruesome late-term abortion.

Medical personnel should be heralded as heroes during this Coronavirus pandemic, but all too often they are being forced to violate their faith and moral beliefs. Forced participation in abortion procedures is something that the ACLJ is encountering more and more.

This pro-life nurse is now our client, and we’ve just filed a federal complaint against the medical facility.

As we explain in our report: “To this day, our client suffers flashbacks of a dying, struggling infant looking at her from a metal ‘specimen’ dish.”

But this situation got even worse. After telling her superiors that she could not be forced to ever do this again, she was told, "[Y]ou have no choice," and "I guess you need to look for another job."

Not only is this shocking, it’s illegal. Federal law protects medical professionals from being forced to perform abortions. In fact, we recently vindicated another nurse who had an eerily similar horrific story.
